Instructions for Migrating from e-District website to new website

क्या आप एक पंजीकृत निर्माण मज़दूर हैं जिनके पास दिल्ली का निर्माण श्रमिक कार्ड है?

यदि आपके पास पहले से ही दिल्ली निर्माण श्रमिक कार्ड है, तो आपको फिर से पंजीकरण करने की ज़रुरत नहीं है।

बस अपने मौजूदा पंजीकरण विवरण को दी गई प्रक्रिया के साथ पुरानी ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट वेबसाइट से नई वेबसाइट पर लेकर आएं क्लिक

1. वेबसाइट पर 'माइग्रेशन बटन' पर क्लिक करें या इस दिए गए बटन को क्लिक करे:।
2. आपके निर्माण श्रमिक कार्ड पर दी गई 14 अंकों की पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज करें।
3. अगर पहले दर्ज किया गया पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर अभी भी मौजूद है तो 'हाँ' दबाएं, वरना 'न' दबाएं \ ।
4. अपने मौजूदा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या नए मोबाइल नंबर के साथ अपना आधार नंबर, जन्म तिथि, लिंग दर्ज करें ।
5. नए वेबसाइट पर अपना नया पासवर्ड दर्ज करें। इसी पासवर्ड के साथ आप भविष्य में नई वेबसाइट पर लॉग इन कर सकेंगे ।
6. फॉर्म जमा करे।
7. फॉर्म जमा करने पर, आपको अपने द्वारा ऊपर दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी प्राप्त होगा ।
8. आखिर में, 'फाइनल सबमिट फॉर न्यू वेबसाइट' पर क्लिक करें ।
9. जमा करने के बाद, अब आप अपने आधार कार्ड और नए पासवर्ड के साथ नई वेबसाइट पर लॉगिन कर सकते हैं ! लॉग इन करें


Are you a Registered Construction Worker with a Delhi Construction Labour Card?

If you already have a Delhi Construction Labour Card, you do NOT have to register again.

Just Migrate your existing Registration Details to the New Website from old Edistrict website by clicking this link and using the following steps :

1. Click on the 'Migration Button' on the website or click this link.
2. Enter your 14 digit Registration number as given on your construction labour card.
3. If you have your existing mobile number with which you registered then click Yes otherwise click No.
4. Enter your Aadhar No., Date of Birth, Gender along with your Registered Mobile Number or new mobile number
5. Enter your new website password which would help you in logging in future to the new website
6. Submit the Form
7. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number or new mobile number.
8. Click on final submit for new website to fetch all your details
9. Once submitted, you can now login to the new website with your aadhar card and password through this link

The Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) was established on 02nd September, 2002 under section 18(1) of 'The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act 1996'. It has been reconstituted after regular intervals and the present board has been constituted on 18th May, 2020.
The Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, under the leadership of former Hon’ble Labour Minister and Hon’ble Chairman, is committed to the safety, health and welfare of construction workers employed in the construction works of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.With this in mind, the board facilitates registration of construction workers, assesses the compliance of safety measures at construction sites and provides several financial benefits/schemes to construction workers, such as for the education of children of construction workers, maternity Benefits, assistance on marriage, free bus pass, grant for toolkit, skill enhancement training, old age pension, disability and death benefits etc.
